CLERGY COACHING
Support for Ministry Leaders
Being in ministry can be a very rewarding and fulfilling. It can also be overwhelming and isolating. I am married to a pastor and I have seen first hand the joys, accomplishments, worries, burdens and sorrows the life of ministry brings. Leading a congregation and balancing your personal life can be a challenge to say the least. Where do ministry leaders turn for support and guidance? In my experience there are too few safe places where clergy and ministry leaders can turn for personal and professional help. That is why I am passionate about Clergy Coaching! I am trained level 2 coach through the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America and I am working toward my ACC accreditation through the International Coaching Federation. I feel a deep sense of call to support, encourage and minister to clergy and ministry leaders. I have experienced the transformative power coaching has had in my life and I want to share it with others.
